We’re planning more workshops to change that oversight, not just for Casino-Free Philadelphia, but for everyone fighting social injustice and political corruption. When Steve Wynn jets in to Harrisburg to dance on the grave of Foxwoods casino, he may be surprised to find that Philadelphia has only just begun to fight; in fact, Casino-Free Philadelphia is ramping up its fight against predatory gambling, and that means training more individuals for important roles in media outreach, fundraising, and more.
