VICTORY: Wynn bails out

The Philly Daily News is calling it the final nail in the coffin -- and you're the hammer!

Today, so-called superhero Steve Wynn pulled out of his "binding" deal with the proposed Foxwoods casino.

We've added another success to a long list of victories that have come from all the hard work, imagination and hope of anti-casino citizens of Philadelphia and beyond. This is your success!

It's not clear what this means in the long term, but today it proves -- once again -- that there's no such thing as a done deal. No matter what Rendell, Nutter and DiCicco want you to believe, we, the people, are can make change and be victorious.

To keep pushing and make sure Foxwoods is completely dead -- and SugarHouse goes bankrupt -- we need volunteers, support and funding.

We're going to fight this to the end. We told you we'd bankrupt Steve Wynn if he pursued this project, and we hold that goal for every investor and backer of casinos in Philly.

Thank you for your ongoing support, and congratulations on your victory!
