Spread the word about the Declaration of Independence from Casinos!

Our next campaign is about to begin and and we need your help to get it rolling.

The Event: Casino-Free Philadelphia Rally: Public Reading and Signing of the Declaration of Independence from Casinos

WHEN: Tuesday, January 27th at Noon
WHERE: On Market Street between 5th and 6th Streets, just one block from Independence Hall
WHY: To kick-off our City-wide campaign to find at least one elected official to stand with the people

There are three ways you can help right now: using thumbtacks, keyboards and feet.

Thumbtacks: Download a PDF of our flyer. Print as many copies as you can and pass them out to your neighbors, friends, and co-workers. We need to get the word out far and wide, so please post the flyer on bulletin boards, leave some in your local coffee shop, or post them wherever people look for events. No need to ask us, just go for it!

Keyboards: Send this information to everyone you know and post the event info on blogs, MySpace, Facebook and any other networking sites you enjoy, or use the easy links at the top of this page to post information about the event on many social networks and email it to your friends.

Feet: Bring a few friends and co-workers to the event. It's scheduled for lunchtime and it will be over by 1pm. Oh yeah, and we'll have hot cider!

We need everyone pitching in to spread the word effectively!
